Making a purchase : – Just click on any item you want to order.

The products and services are available on a first come first served basis.

Payment : - We accept payment by PAYPAL.

Shipping : - All prices shown are inclusive of first class post and
Packaging (where applicable) and apply to UK only.

Delivery schedule : - We deliver any order for products (where applicable) within 4 working days. If your item is not in stock we will back order for you and reserve the right to deliver the item within 28 days. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Refunds policy for PRODUCTS : - We aim to satisfy all our customers. If you want to return any item posted to you, you can do so within 7 days of delivery. We recommend you use recorded delivery when returning goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless we deliver in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive the goods in their original condition we will refund the money to you.

Refunds policy for COURSES / SERVICES PROVIDED : - Once your booking has been placed for any services or workshops provided by Ask and Receive there will be no refund of monies paid unless the course / service is cancelled by Ask and Receive in which case you will receive a full 100% refund or the opportunity to book the next available course / service.

If you cannot attend the course / service you booked for, then you must provide written notice within 10 days before the course/service date. Any cancellation in such circumstances, Ask and Receive will at no extra cost reschedule your booking to the next available course / service date you prefer. In only some discretionary circumstances will Ask and Receive offer a refund.

Any services/ courses not attended, or where notice given is less than 10 days before the course / service date, then you will not be entitled to any refund or credit to another course.
